Responsibilities of the Audit and Supervision Department of Hongli Zhihui Group

The Audit and Supervision Department is an independent supervisory body within the group, reporting its work to the Audit Committee of the Group's Board of Directors. The Audit and Supervision Department has two lines: Audit and Supervision. The audit team is mainly responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the risk control and internal control system design and operation of the group and its subsidiaries, and conducting financial, compliance, and operational audits of the group and its subsidiaries;

Scope of complaint acceptance

Employees of the company take advantage of their positions to accept kickbacks, benefits, holiday red envelopes, and other corrupt practices from suppliers, business affiliates, or subordinates;

Employees of the company are involved in serious violations such as embezzlement, misappropriation of public funds, and misappropriation of company assets;
